Acceptable-use policy
The hosting platform is intended for legitimate websites, applications and email used in a lawful and considerate way.
Permitted use
You may host normal personal, business, community, ecommerce and development websites that comply with applicable law and do not create unreasonable risk for the platform or other users.
Prohibited content and activity
- Illegal content, fraud, phishing, malware or attempts to compromise other systems.
- Unsolicited bulk email, spam, address harvesting or deceptive messaging.
- Copyright infringement or distribution of material without the required rights.
- Cryptocurrency mining, denial-of-service activity or deliberate resource abuse.
- Using web space primarily as a remote backup, public download mirror or file archive.
- Activity that damages the reputation of shared IP addresses or the hosting network.
Fair use
Unlimited features are available for normal website use. Accounts must not consume resources in a way that repeatedly degrades the shared service. A resource-heavy project may need a different hosting arrangement.
Security
You are responsible for strong passwords, current software and responsible access. Compromised or vulnerable websites may be isolated while a security issue is investigated.
Enforcement
Reasonable efforts may be made to contact the account holder before action, but urgent threats can require immediate restriction or suspension. Serious or repeated misuse may lead to termination.
