Monthly service

The plan is offered at £2 per month with no long fixed contract. You may cancel the service at any time. Access continues only while required payments remain up to date.

Ordering and account setup

The current order route is the linked eBay listing. Account details are supplied electronically after the order and necessary platform information have been received.

Unlimited features

Unlimited websites, SSD web space, email accounts, subdomains and MySQL databases are provided for normal active website use. Unlimited does not mean infinite server resources. Fair-use, security and technical limits apply. Each MySQL database currently has a 1GB size limit.

Website migration

Migration from another host is included when valid access is supplied and the website is compatible. A quoted time is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Keep an independent backup before any migration or DNS change.

Domains

Domain registration is not included unless a specific written offer states otherwise. You remain responsible for renewing and controlling any domain connected to the hosting account.

Support

Support covers reasonable help with hosting setup, the control panel, migration and account operation. It does not include unlimited website development, debugging of third-party code or management of content and plugins.

Availability and data

Reasonable steps are taken to keep services available, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. You are responsible for maintaining current independent backups of important websites, databases and email.

Cancellation and misuse

Accounts may be restricted or suspended for unpaid service, abuse, security threats, illegal activity, spam or use that materially affects the shared platform. See the acceptable-use policy for more detail.
